Supplied with the full 2talk feature set you can manage your settings online, view call records and call reporting real time via our web portal 2talk live. You can choose to forward your calls to an existing number or register your international number on any SIP device.

Ordering New Numbers
Australia geographic numbers for major cities can be added via 2talk live. Select the Plans and Services and then Add Numbers. In the form that displays select International number from the drop down box and then the number type you required. If you require a number outside of the major cities or the area you want is not shown please request via a support ticket. You will need to provide a service address before being able to add an Australian number.
To request all other global numbers please open a support ticket stating the number type you require. Please include the city if you are requesting a geographic number.
Porting Existing Numbers
To request the transfer of an existing number you should:
1. Check your existing number is portable as not all numbers can be ported
2. If yes, request the port via the porting form in 2talk live for AU numbers, for all other numbers please open a support ticket
3. Porting Times will vary based on the number type, county and current service provider.
Global Number FAQs
How do I receive calls with a Global number?
Once provisioned your Global number will work just like any other 2talk number on your account. You can either register it on a device or use features like Call Forward and Locate Me to have it ring on other phones. If you forward the call to another number applicable call fees will apply.
What happens if I don't pay the monthly fees for my Global number?
If your account is not kept in positive your Global number will be released back to the carrier we source it from.
How do I cancel my Global number?
You can cancel your number in 2talk live. Select Remove Numbers from my Account. Removing a line will not cancel your account.
Are the inbound call charges included in 2talk plan minutes for Global Toll Free numbers?
Pricing for inbound calls to Global toll free numbers will always be charged and are not covered by plan minutes.
Do outbound calls from Global Numbers use plan minutes?
Yes calls out from Global Numbers will use plan minutes if applicable. You cannot present an Australian 1800/1300 number out to the PSTN and CLI is not guaranteed.
How many calls does my Global number support?
You can make a maximum of two concurrent calls on your Global number. If you require more channels please request these via a support ticket and we will review your request.
