Account Status

See your account balance, billing, and call activity in one place

Account Status brings together your account balance, billing history, plan details, usage, call activity, and payments for the current billing cycle, so you don't need to check multiple pages to see where things stand.

How Account Status Works

  • Shows your account balance, account name, and account number at a glance
  • Displays billing details for the selected billing date

  • Move between billing cycles using Previous Month and Next Month, or choose a specific date from the drop-down

  • Shows your opening balance, current month charges, payments received, closing balance, and billing date for the selected cycle
  • Lists the services applied to your account, with the unit price and total price for each
  • Shows usage against each plan allowance as a progress bar, with amount used, total allowance, and percentage used. Included and Add-On usage are shown separately
  • Shows your call activity for the billing cycle, grouped by service type, billing group, or call date
  • Lists payments made during the billing cycle, with links to download a PDF or view an HTML copy of each receipt

Portal Settings

Account Overview

Account Balance: Your current account balance

Account Name: The name on your account

Account Number: Your account number

Add Credit: Opens a form to add credit to your account

Customer Account Summary

Billing Date: Select the billing cycle to display. Defaults to the current cycle

Previous Month: Moves the view back to the previous billing cycle

Next Month: Moves the view forward to the next billing cycle, if available

Billing Summary

Opening Balance: Your account balance at the start of the selected billing cycle

Current Month Charges: Total charges applied during the selected billing cycle

Payment Received: Total payments received during the selected billing cycle

Closing Balance: Your current account balance, or the closing balance for a previous billing cycle

Billing Date: The billing date for the current view

Invoice: Links to PDF and HTML copies of your invoice, available for completed billing cycles

Plan Details

Shows the fixed services active on your account. Available for the current billing cycle only

Description: The name of the service

Unit Price: The price per unit for the service

Price: The total price for the service

Total: The combined total of all fixed services on your account

Plan Balances

Shows the current status of your account allowances, including base plan and add-on allowances. Services shown depend on your plan. Available for the current billing cycle only

Each allowance is shown as a status bar with the following detail:

Allowance Type: The name of the allowance

Usage Detail: The quantity used, total quantity available, and percentage used

Usage Bar: A visual display of quantity used

Plan Indicator: Shows whether the allowance is included in your base plan or part of an add-on bundle

Summary of Calls and Charges

Shows your call activity for the billing cycle. Choose to view by Service Type, Billing Group, or Call Date. Defaults to Service Type

Group By: Choose the view type: Service Type, Billing Group, or Call Date

Service Type view:

Service Type: The type of call activity, for example Inbound or National

Number of Calls: The total number of calls or units for the service type

Duration (min): The total call duration in minutes. Shows 0 if the service isn't measured in minutes

Charge: The total charge for the service type

Total: The combined total of all calls, duration, and charges

Billing Group view:

Billing Group: The billing group the calls belong to

Number of Calls: The total number of calls for the billing group

Duration (sec): The total call duration in seconds for the billing group

Charge: The total charge for the billing group

Call Date view:

Call Date: The date the calls were made

Number of Calls: The total number of calls made on that date

Duration (min): The total call duration in minutes for that date

Charge: The total charge for that date

Payments Made This Cycle

Date: The date the payment was made

Description: The payment method or description

Amount: The amount of the payment
