Portal Settings
Disable Call Waiting: When enabled a busy tone will be played if the user is already on a call.
Reject all anonymous calls: When enabled calls that have the caller ID withheld will be blocked.
Blacklisted callers: Inbound calls from numbers of the blacklist will be blocked. To blacklist a number enter the number into the field. Include the number area code and enter one number per line if you want to blacklist multiple numbers.
Block mobile numbers from calling this number: When enabled calls from NZ mobile numbers will be played busy tone.
Whitelisted numbers: Inbound calls from numbers on the whitelist are always allowed through, regardless of any call blocking rules that are in place. To whitelist a number enter the number into the field. Include the number area code and enter one number per line if you want to whitelist multiple numbers.
Send callers not in whitelist directly to voicemail (instead of busy tone): When enabled inbound calls that have not been added to the whitelist will be sent to voicemail. Default for numbers not in whitelist is to play busy tone.
Reject all inbound international calls (any incoming call from an international CLI will be rejected if enabled unless calling number is also in the whitelist): When enabled any inbound call with an international CLI will be rejected unless the number has been added to the whitelist.
Connected line update: When enabled, the caller ID displayed is updated to show the original A party number when a call is picked up using directed pickup, group pickup, or call park pickup. Without this setting, the caller ID may display the pickup feature code or number instead.
