Call Return
Call return allows a user to automatically dial the last number that called them, whether or not the call was answered
How Call Return Works
-
An inbound call arrives at the user's number
-
The platform stores the caller's number in the call return buffer regardless of whether the call was answered
-
Call ends or is missed
-
User dials the *69 feature code
-
The platform retrieves the last inbound number from the call return buffer
-
Outbound call is initiated to that number automatically
-
Call proceeds as normal with the same CLI and routing rules as any other outbound call
Portal Settings
Do you wish to disable the confirmation prompt when performing a Call Return? When ticked, the call connects without confirmation when *69 is dialled. Default is confirmation required.
