Calls

The Calls page gives an account level view of call activity on the platform, including recordings and transcriptions. Listen to call recordings, view transcripts, and download both directly from the page.

How the Calls page Works

• All calls on the account are shown in a single view, so call activity and recordings can be reviewed across all numbers from one place
• Where a call has been transcribed, the transcript can be viewed and downloaded alongside the audio recording
• If enabled, call recordings can be listened to and downloaded directly from the Calls page
• Search and filter tools help find specific calls quickly, using criteria such as date range, duration, direction, destination, source, and transcript content
• The transcription search finds calls where the transcript contains a specific word or phrase
• Call type filters narrow the results down to one or more specific call types
• This page does not show billing information. For charges and billing details, see the Account Status page

Portal Options

Calls made after: Filters results to calls made on or after the selected date. Defaults to the current date until changed

Transcription contains: Filters results to calls where the transcript contains the entered word or phrase

Calls made before: Filters results to calls made on or before the selected date. Left blank by default until a date is selected

Calls longer than: Filters results to calls longer than the entered duration, in seconds

Calls made to: Filters results to calls made to the entered number

Calls made from: Filters results to calls made from the entered number

Calls of type: Filters results by call type. Select one type from the drop down list, or click expand to display all types and select more than one

Results Table Fields

• Date: The date and time the call was made
• From: The number the call was made from
• From (Presented): The caller ID number presented to the recipient
• To: The number the call was made to
• Actions: View the transcript, download the recording, or listen to the recording, where available
