While we hope you stay with 2talk we understand that from time to time business needs change and you may need to cancel your services with us.
Cancelling services or your account is a straightforward process that you can complete via the web portal.
Cancelling Individual Services
Individual services can be cancelled via the 2talk web portal.
Log into your account and then select the relevant service to cancel.
Numbers
- Numbers can be managed via the Account -> Manage Services page
Broadband
- Broadband services can be managed via the Account -> Manage Services page
Mobile
- Select the Mobile tab along the top menu in your account
- Select the service you wish to cancel
- From the SIMs page then select the SIM cancel menu and complete the form to cancel your mobile service
Cancelling Your Entire Account
To cancel your entire account with 2talk log into the 2talk web portal and select the Your Details menu from the left.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the Cancel Account section.
Click the Cancel Account button to close your account.
Important Things to Know Before You Cancel.
- All services on your account will be disconnected right away (re-connection fees will apply if the account is cancelled in error).
- Any unused prepaid funds will be lost (as per our terms there are no refunds).
- Entire Account cancellations can’t be undone—you’ll need to start fresh if you come back (and re-connection of services will need to be on a new account)
