Change My Port Date (APC)

What is an APC
An APC (Approved Port Change) is the process used to change the service date on an approved local port.
How to Request a Date Change or APC:
- Log into your 2talk account and navigate to the Manage Numbers page.
- Click the Manage Number Porting button on the top left of the page
- Select the Local Port you want to change and click Details
- Select the Request Change link next to the scheduled date
- In the pop-up, select your desired date and choose Morning or Afternoon.
- Click Submit to send your request.
Monitor Your Request

Pending: Ports with a requested change display as Change Pending Approval (AM/PM).

Approved:

The new scheduled date appears in the port details.

Order history will log the date change as an event.

The porting contact email will be sent a reschedule email.

Declined:

The original port date remains.
