Help I lost or damaged my SIM

If you misplace or damage your SIM  you can order a new SIM via the 2talk web portal and we'll ship it out to you.

To order a replacement SIM please open a support ticket in your 2talk account and reference the mobile number the SIM was linked to.

Our SIMs are shipped from Auckland so if you live in the North Island it'll take 1-2 business days, if you live in the South Island it'll take 2-3 business days.
