How do I Swap my SIM

If you misplace or damage your SIM  you can contact us to swap your SIM to a new one

To order a replacement SIM please open a support ticket in your 2talk account and reference the mobile number the SIM was linked to.

Our physical SIMs are shipped from Auckland so if you live in the North Island it'll take 1-2 business days, if you live in the South Island it'll take 2-3 business days.  Alternatively you can order an eSIM as a replacement. 

Here’s a few things to remember before requesting a SIM Swap: 

  • A SIM Swap will move your 2talk mobile number to the new SIM
  • Once a SIM swap is processed the original SIM cannot be re-used
  • Once a SIM Swap request has been received, it will take up to 1 day to process
  • Anything saved directly to your old SIM will not be transferred to the new SIM during the SIM Swap process.
