I can make calls and texts, but my mobile data isn’t working, and/or I can’t send MMS, what do I do?

Having issues with mobile data - try these handy tips.

Firstly, on your phone, try turning flight mode on and off, or try turning your phone off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

If this doesn’t work, we recommend resetting your APN settings

Reset APN settings on iPhone

  1. On your iPhone go to settings
  2. Tap Mobile/Cellular > Mobile Data Network
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Reset Settings” and confirm by tapping “Reset”

Reset APN settings on Android

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the “Settings” app.
  2. Tap on Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
  3. Tap the three dots on the top right of the screen > “Reset to default” > “Reset”

If you can’t reset your APN settings check your mobile phone’s user guide for instructions.

Resetting your phones APN settings will pull the correct APN configuration for your handset and you should not need to manually set any APN settings. However if you wish to view the static APN settings you can find them below
