If your Fibre Box (ONT) cable is missing or is damaged you can order a new one from your Local Fibre Company (LFC).

Each LFC has its own process for handling ONT cable replacements. Here's how to get started:

General Advice

  • ONT power cables are owned by the LFC and are specific to the address.
  • If the cable is missing or damaged, do not attempt to replace it yourself—contact your LFC directly.
  • Most LFCs will courier a replacement within a few business days, or offer pickup from their local office.
