Last Number Redial

Last number redial allows a user to automatically dial the last outbound number they called without having to enter the number again

How Last Number Redial Works

  • The User makes an outbound call

  • The platform stores the dialled number

  • The Call ends — whether answered, unanswered, or disconnected

  • User presses dials *66

  • The platform retrieves the last dialled number

  • An Outbound call is initiated to that number automatically

  • The Call proceeds as normal with the same CLI and routing rules as any other outbound call

Portal Settings

Before redialing the last number, do you wish the system to read back the number first and ask for confirmation? When enabled, the platform reads back the last number and asks for confirmation before connecting when *66 is dialled. Default is automatic redial without confirmation.
