Lyra Shared Line Appearance
Use Shared Line Appearance (SLA) to register up to 10 SIP endpoints against the same number
When a shared line is configured, all devices assigned to that line will:

Ring simultaneously when an inbound call arrives

Display the same caller ID and line label

Show real-time call status across all devices (e.g., on hold, active)

Outbound calls made from a shared line will present the shared line's number as the caller ID

If you wish to be able to transfer calls between devices we recommend using multiple numbers in combination with simultaneous ring instead of using SLA.
Portal Setting
Shared Line is enabled by default and can be disabled in the web portal.
Navigate to Cloud PBX → Inbound Calls → Share Line

To disable the feature untick the box and click save.
Device Settings
All devices are to be configured with the same username and password.
Up to 10 devices can be added with the same username
