Lyra Teams Trunks enable you to create a Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Trunk between 2talk and your Microsoft Teams Tenant
Lyra Teams Trunks can be set up and managed via the Voice Connections page in the 2talk Cloud PBX
Things to Note About Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
-
Direct Routing allows organisations to select a third party service provider such as 2talk to provide voice lines to their Office 365 Tenant, enabling them to use Teams to make and receive phone calls.
-
Implementing Direct Routing requires appropriate licensing in your Microsoft Tenant. Please check with your Microsoft license provider for what you need to purchase.
- Configuration will also be required in your Microsoft Tenant to connect your Lyra Teams Trunk to your organisation.
