Upload your own audio and greetings media files to the 2talk Cloud PBX
2talk enable you to easily customise media and greetings for features such as Voicemail, Auto Attendant, Music on Hold, Queues and Caller Tunes.
Files uploaded to the Account Media Settings page can be used on multiple lines across the account. Once successfully uploaded the file will be used as the default media file for the relevant feature.
Supported Formats
mp3 and m4a file formats are supported.
For mp3 files we recommend a bitrate of 128kbps @ 44.1kHz sample rate, single channel (mono). We recommend trying an audio converter to re-encode the file if you experience issues. Please note wav files are not supported.
Uploading Files
Log into your account via the 2talk web portal and select Cloud PBX and then the Account Media option from the left hand menu.
Click the 'upload' text for the Media File option you require, add your media file and upload.
