Queue Login Presence

Queue login presence enables queue agents to monitor, and easily toggle their queue login state using a BLF key on an IP phone.

An agents IP phone can have a BLF key configured that monitors queue login state and that can be used for a one press log in or log out.

The agent's line must be configured in one or more queues to be able to monitor queue state.
If the agent is logged in to any queue the BLF key will display the 'not in use' status - a green light on most devices.

Pressing the BLF key when logged in to any queue will log the agent out of all configured queues, the BLF key will change to reflect the new logged out state.

If the agent is not logged in to any queue the BLF key will display the 'in use' status - a red light on most devices.

Pressing the BLF key when not logged in to any queue will log the agent in to all configured queues, the BLF key will change to reflect the new logged in state.

Setting up queue login presence:

Log into 2talk live and select the Presence & BLF feature under the Advanced Menu.

Tick 'Enable presence/BLF for queue login status on this line only' and save changes.

Configuration on phone:

Configure a BLF DSS key on an IP phone with the monitored line value set to the agents line number prefixed with *20.

For example agent 043214321 would configure the value '*20043214321' to be monitored.
The account or phone number the key is configured against should be the agents number. Only the agents line can subscribe to queue state presence for their line.

Example configuration on a Yealink IP phone with agent line 043214321:
In the web GUI go to 'Dsskey' then 'Line Key'.
Configure a Line Key as follows:
Set 'Type' to 'BLF'.
Set 'Value' to '*20043214321'.
Set 'Line' to the line number configured for 043214321.
Ensure 'Extension' is left blank.
