Lyra Migration Checklist

See which of your numbers may need attention before moving to Lyra

The Lyra Migration Checklist helps you prepare for a smooth move to the Lyra voice platform. It flags numbers that may need a closer look before migration, so you can sort out any issues in advance and avoid surprises on the day.

You'll find the checklist in Cloud PBX > Migrate Voice Platform. This tab is available if your account has not yet opted in or migrated to Lyra.

Please Note: The checklist is a helpful guide, not a full audit. It won't always catch every possible issue, and some numbers it flags may not need any action at all. If you're unsure about a number, it's worth checking its setup before you migrate.

How the Checklist Works

  • Lists numbers that may need attention as part of your staged migration to Lyra
  • Only shows numbers identified as potentially affected, not every number on your account
  • Displays one row per number, with account code, customer, service number, agent code, user agent, full contact, and caller ID
  • Each row includes three simple status checks: TLS State, BLF State, and IAX State
  • TLS State shows whether older TLS 1.0 activity was detected. Lyra does not support TLS 1.0
  • BLF State shows whether a presence (BLF) method was detected that may not work on Lyra
  • IAX State shows whether an IAX connection was detected. Lyra does not support IAX, so this will need to move to SIP
  • If everything looks clear, you'll see "No impacted services found"
  • Checklist data updates daily before 8am, so check back if something changes

Understanding the Status Icons

TLS State:

  • Blue hyphen: No TLS 1.0 activity detected
  • Brown question mark: TLS 1.0 activity was detected on this site, but couldn't be confidently matched to this number. It's worth double-checking
  • Red exclamation mark: TLS 1.0 activity was detected and is likely linked to this number

BLF State:

  • Blue hyphen: No issue detected
  • Red exclamation mark: A presence (BLF) method was detected that may not work on Lyra

IAX State:

  • Blue hyphen: No issue detected
  • Red exclamation mark: An IAX connection was detected. This will need to move to SIP, as IAX is not supported on Lyra
