What is the Bill Date of my Account?

You can check your bill date in the 2talk web portal.

Your Bill Date is the date you first signed up for 2talk. Your monthly bill cycle is based on this day. For example if you signed up on the 20 March then the 20th of each subsequent month will be your Bill Anniversary.  

Your monthly fixed fees such as broadband circuits and calling plans are charged to your account on the night of your Bill Date.  If you do not have Auto Debit or Auto TopUp enabled you will need to ensure you have sufficient credit on your account to cover your fixed fees.
