# 2talk Auto Topup

## 2talk Auto Top Up enables you to automatically top-up your account credit via a stored credit card when you fall below a specified balance

#### **Enable and Manage Auto Top Up**

To set up or Manage your Auto Top Up settings  
Log into https://live.2talk.co.nz  
Select Manage Billing  
Find the Top Up Settings section on the page

#### **Top Up Settings**

**Automatic Top Up**

Tick the Automatic Top Up box to enable the Auto Top Up feature.

You will need to have saved a credit card to your account for this feature to work.

**Account auto top up amount**

Enter the amount that you want your account to get topped up by each time an automatic top up is triggered.

**Maximum total of allowed auto top ups on your account per week**

This amount is your weekly maximum spend.  Ensure you set this amount at a level high enough to cover a weeks spend as the platform will stop topping up once this limit is reached.

**Balance Threshold** 

When your account gets below this amount, an automatic top-up will be triggered.

**Save**

Click Save before existing to store your settings

 

You will receive an email receipt for any successful top up.
