What do I need to do? By when?

To get moved over to the 2degrees network you’ll need to move to a new mobile SIM.

Confirm your delivery address for your new SIM

To kick off this process we need you to jump online into your 2talk account to confirm your delivery address and we’ll get replacement SIMs couriered out to you.

Head to the Replacement SIM Address page in the Mobile section of your account now and get your address updated.

We need you to provide your new address by Monday 18th September 2023 

If you have more than one mobile number on your account we will send all the SIMs in one package to the address you supply - this will include replacements for any unactivated SIMs you have.

Swap your SIM

You’ll be able to start swapping SIMs from the 18th September 2023 and will need to make sure you do this by 20 October 2023, as this is when your current SIM card will stop working. 

Once you receive your new SIM(s) you will need to jump back into the 2talk web portal to kick off the swap for any active services. 

You'll also be able to activate new services from the 18th September onwards via the 2talk web portal.

What’s going to change? 

Largely, the way you use your phone today, won’t change. You’ll continue to be a 2talk Mobile customer, you’ll just see ‘2degrees’ in the top right corner of your phone screen, instead of what’s there today. 

Will my mobile plan change?

There will be no change to your current plan as part of the SIM swap. You can continue to manage your services via the 2talk web portal like you do today.
