Can I keep my current voicemail set up?

Once you’ve swapped your SIM card, you’ll need to re-set up your voicemail

Unfortunately, once you’ve swapped your SIM card, you’ll need to re-set up your voicemail and you will no longer be able to retrieve any past voicemails.

We recommend saving any important voicemails before swapping your SIM card. You will also need to set a new greeting as your current one will not be transferred.
