How do I open a Support Ticket

If you are an existing 2talk customer support issues should be logged via our ticketing system. To create a ticket please log into your account via 2talk live and select the 'Support Tickets' tab from the top menu.


To create a ticket click the Create Ticket button 

To: select the appropriate support category from the drop down box 

Subject: Enter an appropriate title for your support query 

Text: Enter a full description of your issue.
 
If the problem is related to your ability to make calls you must include:

1. Details of the device you are using to connect to 2talk
2. Example calls including A party; B party; Time and Date of the call; Network message if applicable
3. The IP address you are connecting to 2talk from. If you are unsure of what this is please visit http://www.whatsmyip.org
4. The 2talk number you are having issues with
 
If your problem is related to your broadband connection you must include:
1. The circuit ID
2. Details of the device you are using to connect to 2talk broadband
 
If you problem is related to your mobile connection you must include
1. The mobile phone number
2. Details of the device you are using to connect to 2talk mobile
 
Failure to include this information will increase the resolution time for your issue. 

Attachments: Attached any relevant documentation - e.g. call records 

Once you have completed the form click Submit.
