I only have inactive SIMS, do I need to do anything

If you only have inactive SIMS on your account we still need to send you replacement SIMs.

We need to replace any SIMS that you have ordered but not activated yet so you will need to provide us with your courier address so we can get these sent out to you.

Once you receive your new SIMs you will need to use one of them if you wish to activate a 2talk mobile service as the current Spark/Vocus ones will no longer work.

You can activate the service by jumping into the 2talk web portal and heading to now.2talk.co.nz/mobile/sims

If you no longer require your unactivated SIMs let us know and we will update our records.
