My SIM hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

Once we receive your address SIMs will be dispatched starting Monday 18th September

If you have received an email letting you know your SIMs are on their way please check the tracking link in the email to follow progress of your SIM.

If you haven't confirmed your courier address you will need to do this before we can send your SIMs.  Head to the Replacement SIM Address page in the Mobile section of your account now and get your address updated.
