Outbound Whitelist

Outbound whitelist restricts outbound calls so that only numbers on the whitelist can be dialled Any number not on the whitelist is blocked and the call is not connected

How Outbound Whitelist Works

  • User dials an outbound number

  • Platform checks the dialled number against the configured whitelist

  • If the number matches an entry on the whitelist the call proceeds and connects normally

  • If the number does not match the call is blocked

  • User hears busy tone

  • Calls to EMS numbers (emergency services) are always allowed

Portal Settings

Outbound whitelist (one rule per line):  When enabled, only calls to and from numbers on the whitelist are permitted; all others are blocked. Whitelist numbers always bypass any other call blocking rules.

To add numbers, enter one per line including the area code.
